How do I cancel?
If you are on an Annual or Commitment plan then immediate cancellation wouldn't be possible. Part of the plan's benefits is the massive savings it offers. You can always reach out to our support team who can help you find ways to maximize your success with LeadFuze.
You may still request to cancel from within the app but the cancellation date will take effect at the end of the contract.
If you are on a monthly plan, you may request to cancel anytime.
To cancel your LeadFuze account, click Billing & Users
Within Billing & Users, go to the Plan Details tab and click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
Click on Yes - Cancel my account
From here, you'll be prompted to enter a reason for cancellation. We are always optimizing and improving LeadFuze for current and future users, so any feedback you can give us is greatly appreciated. Then, click Confirm
Your account will be set to cancel on the next billing date once you've confirmed the cancellation. Be sure to export any data before that date, as you will not have access to the account after that date.
